Just moved from win7 to win 8.1 (x64 of course), installed all the drivers,framework 4.6,dx,etc.
All good, tried LoL on high = 400-600fps in custom, 300+ soloq.
the same was on my old Win7, but csgo was 500-600 on last Win7 x64 as well.
When moved to 8.1 only in csgo I have funny 100-150fps(1024x768 low). Even my 144hz monitor shows lags sometimes. Tried everything in google, nothing helped. Of course I have low in csgo, max performance in PC settings, in Power settings, latest drivers, nice temperatures, even Nvidia 3D settings were changed and nothing helped.
MY PC: core i7 4790K + 32gb ram + 1tb HDD + asus gtx 780 OC + MSi Z97 mpower + liquid cooling.
I dont know what to do with this funny fps. How is it even possible, csgo(low) = 125~ fps, LoL(all max) = 300-500fps..........
