Question Moved User objects but can't get Desktop back

Moved my User 'objects' (except OneDrive) to my Data drive but backup issues so now I want to return everything to C:\Users\Mac. Used these steps:

However, the folders on Data drive have no location tab, no Restore button. In Settings>Storage all show saving to C: but I have no desktop items. I tried cut and paste back into C:\Users\Mac and a reboot but no luck. Not sure if any of these will work correctly. Also, there are no shortcuts in the orig \User\Mac folder. So unsure how to reset these.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

There are registry keys you can modify to set the user default files, but make sure you backup the keys before you run it.
