It does not matter if said keys are the standard WASD or if I set them to YGHJ, my character will sort stutter walk as in he will move forward but the walk animation will not play and the speed will be very slow. The only way they will work is if I press some other key along with them, excluding L-shift, L-ctrl, and L-alt. If I hold r and walk, then they work fine. I can jump and do everything else the game allows me to except move around using the keyboard. The problem manifests in every game I've tried (Warframe, Metro, Oblivion, CSGO) and notably in Oblivion when I hit the auto walk button, there is no problem moving around, until I press a movement key. I tested the keyboard on another pc and produced the same results. What is confusing is that I am using the keyboard in question to type this and it works fine, just not in games. I also plugged in another keyboard and that one does not have this problem. Finally, the "common" fixes to the problem such as disabling a keylogger and disabling comcast's norton av do not apply because I have confirmed I have no keylogger and my ip is not comcast. I have been unable to find any other solutions for my situation and am at a loss for what could be going on.
TLDR Cannot move in any game using my keyboard but it works just fine to type, none of the common solutions to this problem have helped me.
