Hi guys.

I'm just wondering if there are any free guides or tips on how to achieve
different movie looks in Premiere Pro.

I'm aware of Red Giant's software which wil do this for you (Movie Looks
Library for Premiere Pro) but it's not free, so I just wondered if anyone
knew of any resources which tell you how to achieve these different looks?!

Thanks in advance guys,

Tom.

What I mean is like the colouring in saving Private Ryan, or warmer effects
such as those present in the opening sequence of gladiator

There's not any tools worthwhile that are free. Your best bet is to go
to Effects/Video Effects/Image Control and adjust the various color
controls in there.
