I have 2 displays: one is an old Acer K242Hl 19inch and the other is a newer Acer Predator 27inch.

When playing a movie or watching a video, the dark scenes and some bright ones look blocky. By blocky I mean big pixels making up the colors, they look as if pixelated.

il post two pictures of same minute of a film to show the difference.
(pictures are taken with phone as the stream service doesnt allow taking screens aparently).

I need HELP as i dont know how to get the movies to stop being pixelated on the ”better” display.

If both are 1080p monitors, the pixels on the 27 inch monitor are about 2-3 times the size of the pixels on the 19 inch monitor.
And just because it is larger does not mean it has a better display panel.
The Acer Predator (27inch) one is 2560x 1440 and other is 1080p resolution

Have you adjusted the settings on the monitor with the apparent issue?

And if you're using an NVIDIA card, make sure the in the NVCP, Video -> Adjust video color settings -> Advanced tab that the color range isn't set to "limited"
