Moving a HD with files from one to another: can I access them on the new computer?

I have a hard drive with old video files. If i pull that hard drive out(non OS) and place it into another and still access the files?
The hard drive is a 2tb WD black. Moving it from a windows 7 pro computer to a windows 10 pc

Yes. you should be able to access them. You may need to take ownership of files, but that should work fine.
