Moving CPUs Between Motherboards. Bios Update Needed???

So I have an i7 6700 that was originally in an Asus H110i motherboard, I moved it into an Asus Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard, now i am now moving it back into its original mother board that hasnt been used since. Will i need to update the bios on it for it to work again?

If it worked before, it should still work now (notwithstanding hardware failure of course). BIOS update won't be necessary.
