i want to move literally everything on this pc settings - games - even wallpaper, to another pc, whats the best, easiest, quickest way to do that ?
basically move this pc to another.
this is a dell inspiron 3650 pc

I wouldn't suggest moving "literally" everything due to the following reasons:

  • Driver incompatibilities.
  • A fresh install is always good.

Unless you're moving from the same dell insprion to another dell inspiron I guess there's nothing wrong with that.
You want to "move" everything... so the best way of doing that is replacing the hard drives with each other.

so i just put this hdd to the another pc and it all would be good ?

Cloning or imaging perhaps. I favor cloning for such operations.

Is the target ("another pc") exactly identical to the current source ("this pc")?

You can clone the existing HDD (or SSD) and install the clone into the target host.

There is free software to make a clone. I use Macrium Reflect. EaseUS Todo is another option.

However, you will most likely run into various problems with respect to drivers and differences in the configuration settings between the source pc and target pc.

Therefore, do ensure that you have all of the necessary drivers on hand for the new target pc.

Using a clone has the advantage that the original drive is left intact and if things do go astray with the cloned drive you can erase and "do over" as necessary.

In any case, do indeed be certain that you have a recovery disk available. And all data backed up, verified, and accessible as needed.

And I would be remiss if I did not mention licensing. That must be dealt with also. You cannot get a free license by cloning/duplicating a system.
