Question Moving files is very slow

Hello,

My pc is 1 year old and runs almost perfectly. The issue is that moving files (or copying) from one folder to another is extremely slow. The file manager stops working, but you most of the time you can open other apps and do stuff. I included a video to make it clearer. Hope you guys can give me any advice on how to fix this.

In the video I am just moving stuff from my desktop to a folder on my desktop. But it doesn't matter what or to where you move/copy something. For example: move something from your downloads folder to your documents folder and it just freezes like in the video.
