Fairly new to PC and building. I have an old Lenovo IdeaCenter K430 all the way from back 2012. I am currently building a new PC for gaming. I am wondering if I can remove the internal hard drive from the Lenovo and just put it in to the new PC?Any advice or steps on what to do will be super appreciated.

Lenovo Specs:
MOBO - Lenovo Brand (Unsure)
OS- Windows 10
GPU- AMD HD 7700 Series
CPU - I7 3770 3.4 Ivy Bridge
STORAGE- Seagate Barracuda 2TB

New PC Specs:
MOBO- Gigabyte B450M DS3H
CPU- Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU - Sapphire RX560 4GB

This is my first build, I been reading up and finding the most affordable parts I could.

This drive from the Lenovo contains the OS, and you're hoping it just boots up in a new PC?
No.
I am asking if there is anything I need to do to the hard drive before moving it to the new computer or if it is as simple as popping it in and booting it up and I am good to go. Not sure how else to explain the question.

It almost certainly won't boot up in the new hardware, nor should it.

You need to do a whole clean install with the new hardware.
