So I currently have a 2015 built pc.
AMD cpu and AMD gpu
1 HDD with windows 10 pro
MSI Motherboard

I am building a new pc.
Intel i9 9900k
Msi meg z390 ace
rtx 2080 ti
1 samsung evo nvme ssd with windows 10 home

My issue is I want to add my current HDD to my new pc but i havent been able to find on forums if the current formatting and drivers on the hard drive will negatively affect the performance of my ssd, windows 10, or really any part of my pc.
I know i can set my new ssd as the primary boot drive but the hdd still has windows installed.

Solution
With Windows living on the SSD, the old drive sill simply be seen as a secondary drive with its own drive letter. D or E probably.

What are your plans for the data on that old drive?
