Moving mouse causes games to freeze

Whenever I move my mouse fast enough (which is any faster than a sloooow crawl) my games framerate drops to 0 and the audio goes into a half second loop, this immediately stops when i stop my mouse. In addition sometimes this problem is solved by restarting my computer, and the problem does not happen at all when i use a controller. (Also an odd note, this happens to ALL of my games, some worse than others, EXCEPT Payday 2... idk why?)

o well...what the heck? Mouse lagging games first time i hear something like this... Iam mostly replying because i want to follow the conversation here and see if you solve it what it was.
Some things i would try, obviously, chance mouse which iam 99% sure it's not an issue. Secondly, lower graphics and see if it still lags. Check memory with memtest for 3 passes at least, that restart computer is suspicius. Lastly, check your HDD with manufucturer tools!
