Moving PC to uni

Hi all,
Just a quick question. I'm planning to move my desktop to university with me. I'll be driving down, it's about 45min-1 hour away. I've been thinking of putting it in a suitcase with lots of clothes as padding- does that sound alright? I don't have any bulky aftermarket coolers, and my GPU is a Sapphire R9 270X which I don't THINK is too big. Any thoughts/input would be appreciated!

No need to do any of that. Just put it in the seat and belt it in or put it flat in the trunk. It will be fine. I drove my PC all over for years. No issues.

Unles you have a large CPU cooler or a custom lquid loop it will be fine secured o. A seat like the other poster said
