[SOLVED] Moving SSD with games on it (Not OS) into new build. Will the games work?

Hi everyone,

I am getting a new pc soon and want to move my ssd that i have my games on to the new build. This ssd does NOT have OS installed on it, that is on my HDD and i dont plan on moving that one over. My questions is will the games work or what would I need to do for them to work?

You will need to reinstall them unless they are STEAM games, then you can just reinstall the STEAM app and adjust the file settings like THIS.
