As I said in the title, I am buying a new computer (All new things) but I am not buying a new drive because I have pretty new ones (Samsung 500GB SSD and kingston 2TB HDD), can I move them to the new computer without any problems or I have to format them or just the SSD, I don't really know I appreciate all the answers, thank you.

Solution
You can use the SSD on your new PC but Windows usually won't boot if you move it to a different system, so a fresh install is advised on the SSD.

The HDD should be okay to use as is, as long as no programs or games are already installed on it --- anything that was previously installed on it will have to be reinstalled after you've got the fresh Windows installation up and running.
