[SOLVED] Moving Steam games to another disc

If I want to move Steam game to another disc then does it include all the plugins too or just game files?

Last I checked, it moves everything pertaining to the game(including DLC's). How to move the game library is found here(and here).

In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

To move an already installed game
Games library
Right click the game
Properties
Local Files
Move Install Folder
