Moving the install window high enough to hit "next" on new install

I'm stuck at 640x480 and the window for the display driver is larger then the screen. How do I hit "next" if I cant get down to that part of the window. This is a new install.

Is your monitor at that resolution? Do you have a TV or other monitor to connect to?
Try to use tab, and press enter.

2 steps closer, but I cant get past another screen. can't even see the bottom to know what there. I have only 1 monitor to use and it is 1080p.

I have this problem with AMD's Catalyst drivers on a new install. Usually, pressing ALT-N will do the same as clicking "Next".
