[SOLVED] Moving To SSD problem

So Recenlty I have just moved my os by cloning it to my SSD. The process was fine and I booted form my ssd and everything worked perfectly. After checking my disk management i realized that i couldn't format it for some reason. It still says that windows is installed on it even tho I already booted from my SSD can someone help please? MY SSD is the F partition and My C is my HDD

At the end of the cloning process, the critical step is to physically disconnect your old drive and let the system boot up from only the new drive.
Did you do this?

You went from the 500GB HDD, Disk 0, to the 120GB SSD, Disk 1?

If so, you have NOT done it correctly.
Your Windows is still running from the HDD, that C partition.
