Moving windows 10 to a new pc?

How do I install Windows 10 to my new pc via usb but keep it on my laptop as well. Is this possible? thanks.

You'll need to buy a new copy of Windows 10 for the new PC. Can't use a Windows license on more than one computer.
If you've got an unused copy of Win 7 or 8, you could install it on the new PC and then get the free upgrade.

You can only use the key for 1 computer, you cannot use it for more than 1 computer.
I am not sure if Microsoft allows Windows 10 key to be transferred to a new computer, if you can do it its against the EULA if you do this with a OEM key.
