Question moving windows from a hdd to ssd

I am having loads of difficulties with this i have watched many tutorials and it has just confused me more the longer i spend trying to do them i have tried cloning and everything.

Skip any drive cloning and please reinstall your OS from scratch. What are you working with? A desktop or a laptop? Make and model of the SSD you're dealing with? Which version of Windows 10 are you currently on?

Given certain conditions, migrating from one drive to another can be no problem.

1. What size/make/model is the new SSD?
2. How much actual consumed space is on the current C drive?
3. If you return the system back to original configuration, does it work properly?
