I want to upgrade my motherboard soon, I understand that windows recognizes it as a new PC, and de- activates windows, I will be getting a 128GB SSD as well when I get the motherboard. How can I move windows to my HDD to my SSD. I have windows 7 Home Premium OEM x64. I don't want to get another copy of windows, how can I move windows, if you could please add a very detailed tutorial or link. I currently have a 2TB Segate Barracuda 7200RPM, if it makes a difference, windows shows the HDD as 2 drives, Drive C: and Drive D:, drive C: contains windows. Any help would be great!

Assuming you have the activation key, (printed on the PC somewhere), you can download the official Win 7 ISO from here.

Install, and try the activation. If it fails, it will give you a phone number to call and go through the phone robot.
Moving to an SSD, and a new motherboard, a fresh install is the best option. With an OEM Windows 7, you might have to call MS and get it reactivated through the phone robot. They are generally pretty lenient in allowing a new activation.
They don't have to, but usually they do.

So, how would I get it reactivated, I forgot to mention that there is no disk to windows, it was pre- installed in my PC.
