MP4 file transfer to external hardrive failure.

Hello there,
Having issues transferring MP4 files to external drive from pc (windows 10). The message reads file not found, Check file location. I created different folder on pc, moved all files on, I was still able to view the videos. Tried transferring files to external drive from pc again, unable to do so. On the other hand I was able to transfer files from the folder on external drive to the folder on my pc. I was transferring pictures just a few minutes prior to all this. Any help would be great.

I'd recommend you attempt to resolve the issue by taking ownership of the whole external drive. Hopefully, that will make this error go away. Did you copy the data from your PC to the external HDD or did you cut/paste it? I'd advise you to copy/paste, instead of cutting as this would significantly decrease the transfer rate. Hope this will fix the issue.
