Question MP4 video 720p60

I have some videos that i had put into MP4. So all of my video are set to 720p60fps, So what is the best Video Bitrate for 720p60fps

There is no "best one to rule them all" you either set a maximum file size you want your file to have and use the bitrate that corresponds to that or you figure out what the lowest bitrate is before you personally see a difference in quality on your personal setup.
