I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my MPG Z590 motherboard that I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me troubleshoot. Until recently, my system was running smoothly with no issues. However, after I installed a TP-Link WiFi 6 AX3000 PCIe WiFi Card into the PCI_E4 slot, my PC no longer boots properly.
Here are the specifics of the problem:
Upon powering on, the system freezes at the MPG logo screen. I can press F11 to access the boot menu and attempt to select Windows to boot, but this doesn't resolve the issue.
I am able to enter the BIOS settings, and everything appears normal there, but the system still fails to boot into the operating system.
I've already tried removing the TP-Link PCIe card to see if that would allow the system to boot again, but the issue persists.
Did I installed the PCI-E in the wrong slot? I used the PCI_E4 slot.
