MQ01ABF050 slow as hell

Hi,
I have a Toshiba l50-a-1cu and the HD is always 100% in task manager!

I formatted my computer yesterday!

I was thinking of upgrading my HDD!

The one I have now (stock): MQ01ABF050

Should I upgrade to a new one like: WD3200BEKT or should I keep the one I have?

Will I notice any performance difference from a 5400rpm to a 7200rpm one?
