MS 7728 CPU Upgrade

Hello, I have a Medion MS 7728 Motherboard, which "supports" sandy bridge, and has the h61 chipset, and should as well support Ivy bridge, which he doesn't even let me update the bios to use Ivy Bridge, but, now to the topic.
So, Currently i have an i3 2100 mounted up on it, and the question is, Can I upgrade my i3 to an I7 2600k, with no worries it won't work or anything?
I already had to refund 1 cpu, I don't want to do it with this one

Are you sure? like, there's this build https://www.milanuncios.com/ordenadores-de-segunda-mano/pc-medion-ms-7728-237846296.htm it contains both the ms 7728 and the i7 2600k, i'm pretty sure it can run the i7 2600k, i mean, there's no such a deal between the k and the non k version overall, only the overclocking, and i'm not going to overclock it
