MS Access Project need help

I am trying to create a format for the main form and sub form but Access wont let me. I keep getting columnar,Tabular,Datasheet and Justified. I need to chose a format. Any ideal?

They are the formats. Choose Columnar and you'll see what you would normally see in Excel. Try again with Tabular and you see a different version.

Are you trying to create the input form where users type in the data to be stored in the database? If so, that's not he form you're describing.
