Question MS Account Devices

I gave 2 of my MS account devices to my son and granddaughter.
If I delete the devices from my account, will the Office 2016
(also listed in my account product keys list) installed on that
device stop working.

After you deactivate a device from the Office account, the user still can view and print documents from that device, but the user might not be able to edit documents or create new ones.
