MS bluetooth keyboard/mouse

I need help! I have had constant problems with my bluetooth keyboard from Microsoft. My computer only recognizes it for a very short time, then it will not work. I have tried everything including hacking the registry as suggested on MS website. Anyone know of a fix?

You must have got one of the first ones dude, We got one working at work, went the next morning, booted up the sys, wouldent recognise it, had to uninstall it then reinstall it, I think the prob is in the reciever, we are going to swap the ms reciever out with a belkin one and see if that makes a difference, it worked fine when we bypassed the cradle altogether and plugged the notebook reciever straight into a usb port on the front of a pc

Any day above ground is a good day
