MS Office 2003 student edition wont load in windows 7 on new HP laptop

My old MS Office 2003 student edition wont load in windows 7 on new HP laptop.
It loaded fine on my old HP laptop with XP pro, and my newer HP desktop with Vista.

2003 is compatible with 7. I have it on my laptop. reinstall it, if you have it installed. if you can't get it to INSTALL check the disk for scratches etc. after all, its almost 10 years old

It just says "this version not compatible with windows 7 home premium"

Possible 32 bit version of Office 64 bit version of Windows
