All the following are the answers that came to mind:

1) I don't know. 'CAN' you?

2) I think this is best answered by Microsoft support, but better make sure you have 3 hours to spare and can understand heavy Indian accents.

3) Probably not from here.

4) Ask a teenager to help show you.
