MS-Tech a good brand?

Hey!

I have a MS-tech PSU:
MS-Tech val rev.b atx power supply n550w

It is a German brand, so I think it is good brand. People say it is a bad PSU, but why? It is a pretty heavy PSU by the way.

It's a not a very good brand , but in some places peoples choices are limited.

No professional reviews that I could find for that model, but just by looking at the specs and an image of the guts I would never buy or recommend one.
