MSATA SSD or SSD

Hi All

I have a Dell Precision M6500 and wanted to know if I should go mSATA SSD or SSD. Up until last night I didn't know mSATA existed! I checked and it looks like my Dell has an equivalent FCM card.

I can't seem to find any reviews that compare the price vs performance between mSATA SSD and SSD.

What do you guys think the best upgrade would be? I would probably be looking to store my OS, windows 7 Ultimate and Microsoft Office 2010 on the SSD to improve most of my day to day functions. I feel like i need this to truly get the best performance out of my Laptop!
