[SOLVED] msconfig dual boot issue

I have dual boot cuz my unused hdd had windows but now I do not want the screen showing up all the time on boot making me choose so I try deleting it on msconfig. Now the problem is, for some reason I also have selective startup instead of normal startup, whenever I change that to normal startup, the deleted boot is back there again! I am so confused.

Also, on selective startup load system services + load startup items is checked but use original boot configuration is not. Is that the issue? (nvm it probably is not as it shifts back to normal startup but brings back other boot drive. I even made my main one default and it still asks!

Or does selective startup even matter because apparently whne you change something in msconfig settings it goes to selective...
