Msconfig.exe now is identified publisher

Now whenever I type msconfig a UAC window pops up and asks if I want to Allow or Cancel. It says msconfig.exe is an un identified publisher. It works normally if I do turn of UAC.

That tells you enough about UAC to make you want to turn it off and leave it off.
