MSConfig - Which services should I disable on startup?

Hey guys just cleaning up my computer and optimizing it. I was wondering what the best way is to go about disabling programs on startup? Seems a little overwhelming as there are so many processes and I am not sure which ones I can turn to manual or disable and which ones I need to leave alone.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

If you are going by the System Configuration/Start Up (MSconfig), here is a site you can use to find which ones are needed and which ones are user's choice. Not every executable is listed, but most are.

Look in the Command column and use the search box to type in the executable (.EXE) file along with any parameters that may follow it.
