msconfig

Hey everyone,
i upgraded from win 98 to 2000 profesional and i love it just one small problem. My task bar is trashed with junk from programs i loaded. i need to know how to get to the msconfig like in 98. when i try msconfig in 2000 i get this message "cannot find file ..." please help

It's only confusing to people who won't spend time learning.
