I have an MSI 1050ti gaming X 4GB with the 6 pin connector
I've inserted the card on to the mobo ofcourse and then plugged in the 6 pin connector. I've seen the GPU reached a temperature of 50-60C but still the FANS won't spin. I'm playing assassin's creed 3 all at max settings except the anti-aliasing is on very high only, can't go with TXAA because it causes another question that I would like to ask, even anti-aliasing at very high, my CPU temp reaches 80-90C and even higher if anti-aliasing is set to TXAA.

Solution
For the GPU (1050 ti) you can create a custom fan curve with MSI Afterburner to keep temps down and run the fan constantly if needed/desired. As for the CPU getting up to 90C, that's way to warm for normal usage, try dusting the cooler and if that doesn't help then reseat the CPU cooler. If the problem persist then get a good budget cooler such as the Cryorig H7.

Since the socket is a older 1155 I would suspect the heat issue to be related to dust buildup in the system.
