Question MSI 1060 3GB Dying, Artifacts

Hello Guys,

Could please anyone confirm that my GPU is dying? Lately i have started to experience stuttering in all games and could not overlook this strange to ,,artifact'' similar pattern moving over certain textures.

I am running all games on SSD's.

My setup is:

CPU: Intel I5 8600
GPU: MSI 1060 3GB
PSU : Corsair VS650
SSD's: Samsung SSD 970 EVO, M.2 - 250GB
Samsung SSD 860 EVO - 250GB
MB: MSI H370 GAMING PRO CARBON
RAM: HyperX Predator 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2666

Everything except PSU and GPU is new.

When i start the PC my PSU is occasionaly making noise which sounds like faulty fan and restart solves it.

Picture looks fine. But for the stuttering and artifact issues (maybe it is just me that cant see it), try running DDU and reinstalling your graphics driver.
