Im about t buy a new power supply for my Intel Core i7-7700k and Msi GeForce GTX 1070 Ti and was wondering if i Can buy a corsair sv 650 power supply for My setup?

I assume you mean the VS PSU. Corsair makes some really good PSUs, but the VS line is the bottom of their product stack and is not a great PSU. If you want corsair, I would start with the CX line for a budget PSU.

550 watts is probably enough for your rig if you get a decent PSU, but this seasonic is a good price for a 620 watt.

The VS are very low quality. Spend the extra money and get something better.
