[SOLVED] MSI 1080 SEAHAWK cooling issues

My Seahawk 1080 is running at 90+ cel idle and I have no clue why at this point. I've returned it to MSI to be repaired and it still is overheating. It seems that the card isn't even using my watercooling and it's just using the blower style cooling, and even then its still overheating on idle.

Sounds like the pump on the water cooler is out and needs to be replaced.
