[SOLVED] MSI 1660Ti Gaming X Fans

What temperature does it need for the fans to start spinning? Today it went at 50 degrees Celsius but it had 0 RPMs.
I have MSI Afterburner and i can set it up easily but I'm curious.

Also my monitor's power cable doesn't have good connection with the 3 pins on the monitor's power outlet so every slight movement or electricity failure will cause this poor connection to be cut off...When this happens and when i'm trying to reconnect it, electricity sounds occurs (like a bzzzz)...What can i do for it? Is it dangerous for the monitor? Or even the PC because it's connected to my GPU while this happens?

For the fans, most cards will start the fans above 55C.

For the monitor, it wont damage your PC but it might damage your monitor. Replace wall socket or cable, whichever is the problem. If you cant do either for some reason, use a surge protector.
