So I just bought the 2080ti and trying to insert the graphic card, but it has 1 6pin and 2x8 pin connectors. Do I need to plug cables in all three? And can I plug one cable in both 2x8pins as the cable contains 2 x 6+2 pins, or do I need separate cables for all?

Solution
Yes, you need to connect the three power connectors or your GPU might not power on or it will run a reduced speed.
Which PSU model do you have?

The PSU wattage is sufficient but that GPU could consumed more than 300W when OCed.
Each 8-pin connector can provide up to 150 watts and the 6-pin connector can provide up to 75 watts.
With only two 8-pin connectors you will get up to 300 watts, so the GPU might not go as fast as it could.

Another problem is I think I only have two PCIe cables, both having two 6+2 pins each. Is it okay to use one cable for two connnectors (6 and 8 pins), and the other cable for the 8 pin?

Yes, you can use the 6-pin or 6+2-Pin ( 8-pin) as needed.
I think the Corsair rmx 750w comes with four 6+2-Pin.. so you should be fine.
