MSI 270x Hawk vs Gaming edition?

Title says it all,
Which one is better overall?

The msi hawk is just an overclocked edition of the r9 270x with the twin frozr cooler and stuff, the gaming edition is a more complex one with various states that change the gpu clock and the rpm of the cooler for a better perfomance or a more silence experience.

The hawk is a little better because of its higher frecuency but the gaming is cheaper.
