Had a rattle for some time when my GPU fans were starting off at 55C degrees temp and it was continuing till reaching like 45C. I gently pressed a fan which made the sound and now it only makes it rattle sometimes on start-off at that temp, sometimes it doesn't. I am not sure if it will become worse if I try pressing again, it happened previously, so should I leave it as it is? I doubt the best solution is to return it to reseller since they don't have these models in stock or if they will repair the fan instead of refund. It sounds similar to this.

Solution
If the graphics card is under warranty and the fans are making noise, you should contact the manufacturer about a warranty replacement. They can either replace the whole thing or replace the cooling assembly. Either way, you'll need to send them the card. Generally you pay for shipping to them and they pay for shipping back to you. Depends on where you live though I suppose.

It is, but I am not sure if I may send it to manufacturer if I bought it in store with +2 years of warranty option. And I read that with similar issue someon just received a refund, don't want to stay with no GPU rn.

Well that's cool. Not cool in light of current events, but cool because one of my absolute favorite groups, JINJER, is from Ukraine.

So, I imagine that makes sending for RMA from the manufacturer kind of difficult, compared to say the US or UK or Canada or something. I guess it depends on what brand your card is and if there is a plant or warranty center somewhere close enough to reasonably send it out to them, unless manufacturers make you deal with the retailer for warranty returns in your region which I am uninformed about when it comes to the Ukraine.

So the +2 years of warranty you got, that is through the retailer you bought it from or through the manufacturer of the card? What is the manufacturer and card model of the card?

+2 came from retailer and model is in the title. There is service center in my city, anyway I mailed retailer to hear if I can deliver it to manufacturer.

Well, heck, that makes it a LOT more convenient, and yes, if there is a service center right there in your city I would definitely recommend doing that. No reason you should have to mess around with this if they can fix it, replace it or at least replace the cooler on it for you. I understand not wanting to deal with a refund because you can't get same or similar card at same price right now most likely, so just tell them you are not interested in a refund and you just want it fixed or replaced. If they don't want to do that then it might be cheaper to simply by a new direct fit cooler for it.

I'm doubtful that "fixing" the fan problem is very likely, but, you might want to make sure that the cooler framework is firmly attached to the card so that it is not allowing any abnormal vibration to occur. And make sure that the fans are firmly attached to the cooler frame as well.

Besides that, you have any idea how bad is it for fans with situation like on vid?

IDK, I think it's possible the fan will likely fail if it continues to run in a way that makes noise if it isn't the cooler bracket itself being tight and the fan being fastened tight to the bracket as well. The bearings on these fans don't tolerate being out of balance or loose very long so if none of those things is wrong then it must simply be a bad fan assembly.

It started after 5 months of usage and sound is only present when it starts off right now. The only thing I was doing all the time was cleaning dust of backplate once per month.

Also, could I. by any chance, cause it's unbalance by pressing the fan with a finger? I did it like 5 months ago cause thought it was making buzzing noise but that time it appeared to be coil whine.

No, I doubt you could cause it unless you were holding the fan down REALLY hard and keeping it from turning normally for a fairly long time, and then it might have some effect on the motor itself but it would still be unlikely.

Have you checked to see if the bracket that the fans mount to is firmly mounted to the card?

I checked bracket, it seems mounted firmly and looked at spinning fan with phone cam, it seems to be working fine too. I was pressing fans down only when they were off. I am also investingating bracket that keeps card from sagging now, want to see if card will be 'jumping' on it, making that sound. Bracket has that rubber piece on it on the middle, but at far right fan where sound is coming from card lies directly on solid part of bracket. Maybe it could sag with time a bit and lie down on it making this sound.

It's certainly possible for the support bracket to be involved in any noise related to vibration. You should be able to eliminate that if it is touching in any area where there isn't a rubber vibration dampener by adding a small piece of rubber or foam to the bracket with some super glue or contact cement right where it's actually touching at.

And can it still be the bearing if sound is present only when GPU is heated? Like it is not there on cold system start-off or when I turn fans on with Afterburner while it's at 35-40 degrees.
Some pieces of this same rubber came with card but they are too huge to fit under the card without unbalancing it.

Take a picture of the card as it sits, from a couple of different angles, so I can get a visual of what's going on there. Maybe I'll notice something, but really I think it's going to end up being down to returning the card for fix or replacement because it just sounds to me like it's probably a bad fan motor or bearing.

Here, marked with an arrown where card is touching the bracket and you can see the rectangular dampener to the left of it.

UPD: wrong arrow, here is right one
