Msi 560 ti hawk upgrade & psu issue

I am quite close to buying a msi 560 ti hawk graphics card.

will my psu be sufficient for the 560 ti hawk as i would be overclocking the gpu if necessary ?

if you are wanting cooler master, the only line they carry that is worth a damn is the silent pro series. http://www.coolermaster.in/product.php?product_id=4199
will do quite nicely; i power my 570 with it. plus its modular for better cable management. it also has a max output capacity of 720w so you know it will be gtg under stress and its 80+ certified
oh and the name silent pro is exactly what you will get - silent

ya i know that..but right now i cant upgrade my psu as i have spent a lot recently ...i just wanted to know if my current psu will be just sufficient or not :|
