I know this motherboard isn't meant to be overclocked, but is this the best choice for my build? I am not doing a mid-full size case.

I read that a certain gigabyte board was a better choice due to certain heatsinks, but the problem with it is that it only allows 1333mhz ram, no usb 3.0, no sata 6gb/s.

This seems to be the best (only) option that fits my needs. If you guys know of another one that's compatible and that I would be better off with I appreciate it!

Solution
For gaming and won't overclock?
If Yes.I only have one suggest that just change the video card to GTX 760 or R9 280 would be batter.
1) You are better to get the 970 chipset for the fx8320e. Recommendation http://media.gamersnexus.net/images/media/2014/amd/amd-fx-8370-2.jpg
2) For some reason you buy from amazon, if you can buy from other site you will save more money.
3) For the $190, you can get r9 280 or gtx 760, because they are better than the 270x.
4) Change the PSU.
5) FX6300 vs FX8320e http://www.pc-specs.com/cpu/comparison-versus/2209/1146/fx-8320e-vs-fx-6300
I change some of parts, if you don't like them just forget about it.

Thanks! It's more of a work pc. I'll look into the 3gb r9 280x when I make the purchase. If not I want the 4gb 270x due to the great price and high vram for multiple 4k monitors
