MSI 760 vs. Gigabyte 7950 (Both Overclocked)

I'm upgrading soon, but I don't which GPU to get. I heard that the 7950 is better than the 760 as a single card, but the 760 will beat it when in SLI/Crossfire. I'm running only a single card. If it helps, I havea i5 3570k, and I plan on overclocking both. Also, I really don't care about the bundle/free games you can get. What will get me the best performance for the price?

The 760 outperforms the 7950 but only by 5% (something a OC yourself can solve) the 7950 is 35$ cheaper and if the rebate goes trough, it will be 60$ less, you also will get 3 free games with the 7950. So 200$ +3 games and a OC by yourself and you will have a great card at a great price.

The 760 and 7950 "Boost" are about the same, not a plain 7950, it is not close to a 760. The 760 is your best buy right now.
