GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670
PSU : i think i got a 750w

Solution
the thing is, after reviewing your motherboard/cpu/ram ,BTW manual is located at https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/760GM-P23-FX.html#down-manual

that motherboard is old, and the cpu will never get better than a AMD ® Phenom II / Athlon II / Sempron processors in the AM 3+ package.
which isn't much to be honest

can you upgrade the video now , struggle through some games, (as for BF1 don't count on high fps at all) and deal with it later
I would suggest you do a motherboard/cpu/ram upgrade first then video, because the video card first will frustrate you.

the new f1 2016 am currently getting 15fps on this gpu and I also want to be able to play battle field 1, what do you think i should do?

ahh ok so i should try and get a gtx 750ti or 780 till I upgrade the cpu?

ahh ok, do you think I should get a new cpu and mother board as this one is a AMD socket, but I dont want to spend too much on it, I was thinking of getting an i5 and a new mother board so I can always upgrade it in the future?

I see, what kind of cpu should I go for as I was thinking of an i5 but there is so many modules, also I was thinking of just getting the gpu first and then see how things go, but If i need to upgrade the cpu then I might aswell build a pc

well it all depends on your budget to be honest but BF1 is your goal your looking at an I7 not an I5 to be honest and a 1060 6gb video card will be needed.
its a very greedy game on power. if you have a budget in mind we may find you a "upgrade" with upgradability path from there.

Battlefield 1 Recommended Requirements
