there 2 different MSI 790 models and can you tell me what is the different? PLatimun 790fx and K9A2 790x
only one i know the difference is crossfire Platimun got more PCIE and K9A2 got 2 PCIE

and which is better

and beside the newegg is wrong right?

You only need to look at the available addon card slots to know that the Platinum will support "QuadFire" 8x8x8x8x and the other will only support "DualFire" 16x16x... also SATA ports are different
